Abstract

Early prenatal diagnosis and timely prenatal and postnatal surgery prevent complications and unfavorable outcomes of the urinary system disorders in newborns in most cases. One option for the correction of obstructive uropathy is stenting fetal urinary tract. Shunting the bladder is used abroad; we have experience of nephroamniotic shunting of fetal kidneys. This fetal surgery is carried out in order to preserve renal parenchyma with obstructive uropathy.
